Got the wrong drink with cold foam that I didn't order on either coffee. Bathroom was locked with a number pin, employee gave me... the wrong pin so I used the men's, which also didn't have toilet paper and employees said they didn't have toilet paper in thestore. ????????????? This place is the slowest Dunkin in history. If the owner is reading this, know that people go out of their way not to come here... because the service is so slow. Try for yourself, owner, come in and try to order something, anything, and time it. I orderedone item and have been standing here for TEN MINUTES waiting on it. Please hire some faster workers!!!! This place absolutely sucks the service has gone to terrible lows. The quality of merchandise is below average and they run out... of donuts all the time by 930 am??? 930 there out of chocolate frosted. And most of the staff are very disrespectful. The cappuccino, AND latte machines were broken. My food was a mess and my bagel was stale AND burnt. I tried to take a bite and... it was like a brick. How do you mess up a bagel??? They were also out of strawberry cream cheese. Somebody at corporate needs toget involved with this location. Never had anything but problems. Read more
The employees are terrible. They got my order wrong. People was pulling out the drive thru line because, of the wait time. I was... in line for awhile. When I got to the window I had ro wait 10 minutes to get people order correct. I was patient until they gaveme the wrong order. I will never ever fo thus Dunkin donut. Stay away from this place . I wish I could give them no stars! I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up around 2:45pm. I pulled up to the drive thru... at at 2:54 and waited 10 minutes while saying hello. There was some kind of music coming out of the speaker so I assumed theywere short staffed but no one working the window. I tried going into the store and all the doors were locked. There was nonote or anything saying they closed early. I do not understand why they would allow for mobile ordering if they closed early. This dunkin is literally the worse. Read more
If only it were possible to give negative ratings, I would. This morning our son and his friends biked to Dunkin. The cashier... charged our son over $25 for a single donut. No one is answering the number associated with the business to discuss theovercharge. Don?t allow your teenagers to patron here unless you want them to be ripped off. You should check your bill too.
