While this is my 2nd time ordering take out in a matter of weeks, it?s very unfortunate to experience such mediocre service once... again. Like my previous visit, upon arrival my order was not completed and ready within the promised time even though it didn?tseem busy at all. I feel it?s very unprofessional to be told to wait an additional 10 mins for my order and then witness thesame employees enjoying a smoke break in the back of store when I?m expecting my order to be made. What makes matters worst is,when I got my order i find that my sandwich wasn?t made correctly. So on top of the unsatisfying service, your employees failedto pay attention to the details pertaining to my order. Let?s maybe focus more on providing better and consistent customerservice than taking smoke breaks. It?s a shame that as much I enjoy Jersey Mikes sandwiches as a whole, I would never recommendthis particular location. Read more

We ate, four of us, at the Odenton location Saturday, Oct 15th. The service was horrendous! It wasn't busy. There were two... people in front of us who had already ordered. The kids behind the counter were rude, inconsiderate and SLOW! They took ourorder and it took 20 minutes to complete. Three of our meals were made, but they dropped the forth on the floor. We waited whilethey remade it. They brought the sub out to us and it was wrong. They brought brought the right one, and now had to remake theone for someone else. The soda counter was covered with trash and a dirty cleaning towel. The lids for the cups were empty.There was trash all over the floor. The tables were filthy. I've eaten here a few times lately and maybe there are some new employees since these other reviews were done because I've had... great service every time. They are always friendly and fast. I?ve been to this jersey mikes many times and the last few months their workers have been absolutely horrible. Workers are rude... and don?t want to do their job correctly. I came in after working a long 14 hour shift at work, 20 minutes before they closed,as I walked in everything was already put away. No one greeted me and they just stared at me. They told me everything?s put awayand I asked the closing time. They told me the correct closing time and I asked if I could order. The workers got upset andangry that I was trying to order one sandwich. I told them don?t worry about it and I walked out. That will be the last time Iever go to this jersey mikes!
