Don't ask for condiments with your order because they will forget them. They take your money shuffle you off to the next window... give your drink and then either make you go to yet another window or park in the parking lot and then wait for approximately 10minutes before they bring you your food. Make sure you check the bag when they do because most likely your order is either wrongor they forgot something. I asked for my condiments at the drink window and was told she would make sure they put them in thebag with the food. 10 minutes later when I got my bag no condiments.. The same person who told me she would make sure I got themis the one that handed me the food. She's also the same person who handed me the condiments when I walked back in after notreceiving them with the order. Not an apology. I'm not even sure if she remembered telling me 10 minutes earlier she would makesure they would be in the bag with the food. The worst experience ever. Manager took my order and she answered he Apple Watch and told me hold on a sec. Then rushed me to... order. When I looked at my receipt she had the wrong stuff that I order then told me u ordered a number 1 when I told her 4times I wanted a number 5. Food was the usual McDonalds quality. Went through the drive-thru and was charged $11.94 for a 2x CB meal + upgrade to small... shake. We looked on the app while waiting and saw the price should have been under $10. We brought this up and we're told thatordering at the drive thru is "different prices" than the app. We asked for a receipt and they were unable to provide one thatmatched the order. After a couple minutes of discussion in Spanish, they gave us another receipt and some cash back for thelower price. This seems really fishy to me and makes me suspect that they are skimming. Ok so since they have added the option of ordering for your self it has improved my opinion. Less interaction with the staff at... the location is you best bet. They are rude, unhappy, not helpful and could give a shit ..and they let you know it. Somecustomer centric at all. Regardless that it's a McDonald's..it is a brand and a restaurant and particularly at this one staffmake you feel like you have inconvenience them for asking them to do their job. The food is fine. They don't pay attention tospecial requests, and God forbid you ask. It's better to preorder or self order is all I am saying. It's relatively clean.
