The waitress was great very attentive. The burgers were good but overcooked. French fries needed salt. The resturant itself... needs a good cleaning from the tables to the condiment bottle everything you touched needed to be scrubbed. Our table was alsovery uneven we had to keep our feet on the base to keep it from flip flopping. Read more

This location is a mess. My family walked in at 11:05 and no one was up front we waited 5 minutes then walked to see if someone... could seat us. A young lady came to seat us and happen to be out waitress too she apologized and was very pleasant. There were 2other tables seated already. We quickly placed our order no later than 11:15 and another family came in behind us. Everyone thatcame in after us received their food before us! By 11:45 our food finally comes out. I am not sure why an order placed beforeother customers who came in after us received their food before us. The kitchen seemed to be doing whatever they wanted. Verydisappointed in this treatment my family has had a previous bad experience with customer service her so i do not think we willcome back. Read more

I had a pretty fantastic experience. I ordered online (Brittney was probably the best phone customer service agent I have had in... a while), and when I got there, the food was ready and hot. The two ladies at the front who were managing online orders weresuper nice. Usually, at other Red Robins, I have to ask multiple times for condiments. Not only did I get extra fries, but theyalso gave me like 5 containers of ranch dressing. Quality and customer service here were night and day compared to other RedRobins, which are great, this was just over-the-top excellent customer service. The guac bacon burger I ordered was superb, andthey got the onions just right. I didn't want the food to end. My goodness - thanks, guys! Scenario: Weekday in summer with one waitress and two host, no bartender because he/she called out. 30 minute or more wait for... table. Bad?but great because those who were there did such an amazing job making sure all customers were seated, served, andrequest fulfilled in a timely manner. I give mad cudos to the skeleton staff this day because they made the visit worth it. Thefood and drinks were fresh, hot, and delicious. Our only waitress who was bouncing back and forth has a smile and was veryattentive to all of us that evening. The tables were clean and ready for service. Great location and we plan to go back as oftenas we can. 30 minute wait was well worth the experience and glad to wait again. Read more

If you're doing carry out you'll be fine. The hostess is fast and prompt. She takes care of those orders. The bar area and... dining area you'll be screwed. The food runners get food out once it is eventually cooked. But you'll get incorrect orders,, thefood quality is awful, and you'll sit thirsty as heck because you won't get any refills. The slogan "bottomless" fries is a lie.There is a bottom. It is called your order that comes with your main item. The desserts have magical abilities to literally gofrom a fresh bite when hot to full blown cement brick mode within minutes. There isn't a lack of staff because there is amanager, there are roughly 4 food runners, and a server to accommodate 4 tables but those 6 people don't help each other unlessit is to smoke outside behind the kitchen. Then their a team. Go to Chick-fil-A they're open, their food is good, they'll refillanything you need. Go to MOD pizza. Truly go, anywhere else. Read more

Been a customer for many years. This location has gone down hill fast! Every time we say it?s our last time, we try again with a... little hope it?s got better. Well it hasn?t! Coming through the door you?re greeted by 2 teenage girls who are sitting on theirphones doing snap chat and talking about their acne and periods. They ignore customers that come in because their faces are intheir phones. We?re told it?s a 30-40 min wait. We only waited 5-10 before getting seated. We were surrounded by dirty tablesthe entire time we had our meal. No attempts were made to clean any tables around us. We watched a manager flirting with thehostesses on many occasions while tables are left not bussed. Food was good as usual, never been a complaint in thatdepartment. Our waitress was great!! She was the hardest working employee there from what we saw. She was also the bartenderwhich made her job twice as difficult. One odd thing was 5 different employees came to our table serving us refills, drinks,dips, etc. One in particular was in soccer shorts, crocs, and a tie dye shirt. No uniform items on at all. She had a badattitude, like she didn?t want to be there. The whole situation was awkward to say the least!! Overall, we?re not coming backto this location ever again. So we ordered online. And a few things happened: Firstly I found a piece of foil in my food. In a gross panic I threw it away... before documenting but I also ordered a Mud Pie and the To Go specialist I guess thought it would be a good idea to just wrapit in plastic wrap (probably just grabbed right out the freezer as is) and throw it in my order bag and I open it up to a sloppywet mess that?s partially opened and I can?t be eaten. It says no plate and utensil, but that wasn?t an option online and whywould it be? Not to mention my extra order of fries wasn?t there. Never had a bad experience with this chain til tonight and Iwas deeply disappointed. All I wanted after my hospital stay the past two days was a good meal, and I didn?t get that AT ALL. Read more

The place was basically empty and yet it was still a 20+ minute wait when we got there...with no one waiting in front of us.... Apparently there is ALWAYS at least a 20 minute wait no matter what the circumstances. We got a pager and went and did somequick shopping so the location is nice for the wait time. Food was good and as expected. Waitress was not wearing a mask whicheven if she was vaccinated with the numbers being what they are right now (this was Christmas weekend) I think that was notacceptable. I don't eat out a ton so I didn't think about it till after our food was delivered so I just let it be but it buggedme. The people that delivered our food were wearing masks. Food came after a reasonable wait time and we had plenty of drinkrefills so that was great. Now for the bathroom - It was reasonably clean and one of the stalls had toilet seat covers theother was out. There was no place to hang my purse so I had to hang it from the toilet paper dispenser box (awkward...seephotos). Touchless paper towels and garbage can close enough to the door so washing hands and opening exit door were touchless.Good job RR. I would pee here again.
