I made the drive out for free smoothie week. Made my order and open the app to scan for the deal which was advertised on the... homepage of the app. For some reason the scan didn't work. The manager just looked at me and I asked is it not working? He saidno and tapped a few things on my phone and eventually just gave up and said I can give you my employee discount but that's thebest I can do I'm not even supposed to do that. That made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I don't plan onreturning to this tropical smoothie cafe. I called tropical smoothie customer service but they really don't seem to care at allso my last resort is to just leave a bad review hopefully tropical smoothie Cafe can return to the excellence that they used tobe. Came at 6:03 for smoothies. Online hours say it closes at 9:00. Hours on the door say they close at 9:00. Guy stands guarding... the door to say they close at 6:00 ?because the ovens are down?. Food may be fine, but the employees apparently hate theirlives. Read more

I read a few reviews before typing mine, and it doesn't seem that this was the same store. Today was the second time I went to... this location, as it's on the way to my new job that I began in July. I was immediately greeted and asked if I was there to pickup. I said yes and gave my name, the manager confirmed my order, and I was headed out in less than a minute. My food and mysmoothie tasted great, and even though it's only my second time, I know I'll be coming more frequently. At other TropicalSmoothie locations, I've had to deal with distracted young adults and sometimes poor customer service. Not this one! Read more

The worst customer service ever. They shouted on my child for attempting to go to the bathroom. Mind you, the sign was extremely... inconspicuous. When I said, "please don't shout, he's a child. Talk to me and I'll talk to him" in the lowest voice ever, itbecame an issue. We were treated really badly. I can never enter that store again. Mind you, I went there often and lovedsupporting the store. Do yourself good and go somewhere else. Read more

This particular Tropical Smoothie is horrendous. Multiple times I've seen employees in verbal disputes but the reason I decided... to leave this review is because of today's exceptionally bad experience. I placed an online order and when I showed up 40minutes later the order wasn't complete. I understand things happen but when I inquired about the missing half of my in orderthe younger employees asked the manager where it was. He said 'well I didn't give them away '. The younger employees staredseeking advice. Seemingly frustrated the manager said 'well.. start over.'. I waited another 20 minutes for my food. I havebeen to several tropical smoothie Cafe locations so I know it's this particular location and not the overall franchise. I reallywish there was another option closer to my house. Read more

$8 I bit into just tortilla the bottom piece in the picture because they didn't put anything on the corner of the tortilla then... when I open it up it only has two pieces of chicken I'm sorry three pieces, I'll drive to Chipotle next time Read more

I went into a hot store and received two liquid drinks not the frozen smoothie I ordered on the app. I asked for my money back... and was told I could not be helped they could only remake it. I didn?t want to give them a second chance to remake it becausethe store was so hot and they were all sweating so bad that I worried it would not come out frozen enough. The employees shouldnot have to work in sweat shop conditions and I should not receive a liquid smoothie. I could have bought a Naked smoothie fromthe grocery store if that?s what I wanted. So I left with no drinks and no refund. I contacted them through the website andreceived no response so I wrote this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Read more

As I was eating my quesadilla I noticed that one of the red peppers that was in my sante fe quesadilla still had the product... sticker on it. When I called about this issue, the manager said the only option he could give was to remake it, because theydon't give refunds on online orders, despite there being a sticker left in my food.
