This review was for a Monday October 24th, mainly went there to have something to eat for dinner. Food is okay nothing to... complain about. Although for some reason I feel that the casino has adjusted the win rate in Ontario versus say the Montrealcasino. I say it's worth a visit going to go there for food but otherwise save your money. My friends and I were staying in a cottage in Lyndhurst and decided to check out this casino which was about 25 minutes away. We... decided to apply for a player's card and were told that if we have a card from other casinos owned by Great Canadian GamingCorporation the same card can be used in this casino. Since we did not bring our card with us the customer servicerepresentative checked the database and because we are already in the system, cards were issued to us. They really providedexcellent customer service. They also have coffee machines and soft drinks machines inside the casino for players to helpthemselves. It is a nice little casino in Gananoque. Fun time here, won some and lost some. It is a very small casino (but it's also in a very small town!) There is a ridiculous... amount of parking, so no stress finding a spot. The casino is clean inside, offers a variety of slot machines and a couple tablegames. My only real complaint is that the food was subpar and service was slow at the restaurant. Read more

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. We used to love visiting Gananoque and made the Casino part of our getaway each time. ... On the most recent visit, I was degraded and treated like a child. Do not go here if you like to have fun. 1 drink allowanceper hour and the bar closes at 12. Read more
My wife and I had been regular guests at the Casino and for the most part enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Unfortunately, since... the reopening after the Pandemic the food is now mediocre(no specials) and the tables are all now at High Roller minimumbets! We used to go and enjoy a few hours of gambling but now in most cases we are lucky to last a few minutes with the inflatedminimum bet requirements! On a recent Saturday night, several tables were closed due to staff shortages and they had only onecook to serve all the orders, which took much longer than usual. We are no longer repeat customers!
