I only ever use the drive thru at this location as going inside takes exceptionally longer than the drive thru even if the line... up is all the way through the parking lot. The extra long wait times when you go in store are the reason for only 3 stars.Quality is as expected for McDonald's, the staff at this location are generally pleasant and easy to deal with. Recently theyhave neglected to take points numbers in the drive thru which is highly disappointing! They need a scanning system for the drivethru like they have at the counter. Read more

The worst service ever. Tried to order food thru the Drive thru but they said they had no meat but had chicken burgers. We tried... to order the chicken burgers but then they refused are order. Just because we were there 20min before closing. Read more

it was the first mcdo to visit in NL, first week in October there was a long line up at the drive thru, I tried to go in but... their door is closed you cannot use the washroom, you cannot order inside, only drive thru. Read more

You have given up putting the stickers on coffee cups. I collected thousands of them an would often give a filled out card to... people. Like a cashier in a grocery store. Your wifi in your restaurant is co weak that I couldn't connect to it to get up yourapp to get my points. The last 4 times= 8 meals I have bought I couldn't get my points. Each I complained to the clerk they werevery rude, the manager came out who was also rude and told me I need to put data on my phone to get my points. I told her Ididn't need data. So, I guess Mcdonalds owns the phone company too. Read more

Despite the signage this location is NOT 24/7, closing from midnight until six (including drive-through). Despite having two... drive-through lanes, only one gets service at a time. Also the interior does NOT have self-serve kiosks so if you order duringmeal rush hours expect a greater delay in service than other McDonald's locations. However staff are extremely friendly, thestore is clean, and the food is to standard. Read more

Picked up two QP last night then drove an hour home only to find my order was messed up. Dill pickles were on both... burgers. Perhaps A & W from now on. Read more
