Came here and had the beef sandwich. Didn?t realize there was horse radish on it and ended up not eating it. The lovely waitress... came down and offered to make me a new one without the horse radish. Was an awesome experience. Read more
Was horrible le food. Limited menu to begin with, chicken and fries were not good, dry and seemed old.
Very small. Loud once the group with kids arrived. Buns weren't nearly as good as Swiss Chalet used to have. Same goes for the... mashed potatoes. Read more
The white meat was very dry so I figured I got chicken that was left in warmers so I decided to go back the next day an hour... after they opened and the same experience white meat was dry again.This was at the Gander NL location. Read more

Great food and service but a major issue with the layout or just the heater. My experience, I rushed my meal it was... uncomfortably cold. Partly due to the high traffic dual restaurant dining area and lack of separation from the door and seatingarea. Food and service was great. Everyone else in the dining area had their outdoor coats on. Read more
