Me and my girlfriend attended the restaurant last week. Food wise, it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. I ordered the... Gnocchi with sautéed shrimp, the gnocchi was clearly pre frozen and not heated all the way and there were only two shrimp onthe plate. The plate was also half artichoke hearts, for 36 dollars that is utterly embarrassing. My girlfriend ordered theCaesar salad and asked for grilled chicken on top. The Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad as it does not come with Caesardressing. The grilled chicken was extremely dehydrated and rubbery. Disappointed. The service was good and the wine was verygood. Those were the only two good things about this restaurant. The decor is tired and tacky, and the pool in the parking lotoffers a good distraction from the dreary exterior of the restaurant. This is my cousin?s restaurant (not biased?lol). They?ve served excellent food for years. Try the Pork Paupiette. It?s filled... with spinach and cheese - and very tender. Salads and other courses are awesome as well. Great service all around. Stop in ifyou?re anywhere in the area. It?s worth it. Read more
I was there for my beautiful lady's birthday dinner. The atmosphere and the service was impeccable. We had appetizers, dinner,... and dessert. The only two issues we had was she had lobster shell in her meal, it still was amazing, and my beef wellingtonpastry was not completely cooked. BTW it was delicious. Although just the second time we've been to Chez Pierre it has now become one of our favorite places. This time we celebrated... sister-in-law's wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. Everything from the wine, appetizers, entrées and desertwere wonderful. The rack of lamb was excellent as were the veal dishes which were a good size portion. Service was very goodand well paced.
