Employees are always pleasant but my gosh they?re so slow!! No sensible workflow or sense of how to prioritize when it comes to... customer service. I stop here a few times per week on my way to work. I order ahead on the app and either my order isn?t readyor there?s some other delay. Stopped there 10 minutes before closing Ike and asked for a minute to look at the menu and the employee gave a sassy response... and said well we close at 3:30. So I rushed and ordered something and they said ?sorry we can?t serve that because we alreadycleaned the blenders?. Why would you be open until a certain time if you don?t serve until that time.
