Found a steel cap nut in the sandwich one bite in. Tried to call and no answer, and no machine to speak with manager. Update:... Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone ?they were busy, it?s a restaurant.? The manager proceeded torefuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. What a joke of a subway. My pregnant wife stood outside there door at 7:20 (they close at 8) while they stood inside and just... looked at her. I tried calling and they shut off their phone system. Food good. Service very very slow. Only one person making sandwiches
This is the worst subway I've ever been to. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the workers still hardly said a word to... us. Service was rude and not helpful at all. On top of that they waited until we were ready to check out to tell us that they donot accept coupons. That's right they never accept any coupons! The sandwiches weren't even that good either.
