Found a steel cap nut in the sandwich one bite in. Tried to call and no answer, and no machine to speak with manager. Update:... Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone ?they were busy, it?s a restaurant.? The manager proceeded torefuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. What a joke of a subway. My pregnant wife stood outside there door at 7:20 (they close at 8) while they stood inside and just... looked at her. I tried calling and they shut off their phone system. Food good. Service very very slow. Only one person making sandwiches
This is the worst subway I've ever been to. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the workers still hardly said a word to... us. Service was rude and not helpful at all. On top of that they waited until we were ready to check out to tell us that they donot accept coupons. That's right they never accept any coupons! The sandwiches weren't even that good either. my boyfriend and i were the only two customers in the store. we were served by an extremely RUDE lady. she said 2 words to us in... total. one being ?cheese?? and the other being ?insert? (as in insert my card). my boyfriend and i both felt like aninconvenience to her and we do not want to return while she?s working again. here?s an idea - if you can?t be nice to customersor at least say more than 2 words them -DON?T work a customer service job! I would like to say to who ever said they place smells of bathrooms is a joke. There?s nothing wrong with this place for one and... if you got a problem then don?t bother to come back. If you can?t say anything nice then don?t say anything at all. People hereare so nice and friendly. I love coming here. The food is always fresh and never had a problem!!! This subway is the best. They always go out of their way to make you have the best experience! They really care about their... customers. I would recommend this place to everyone. For who said they go light on meat let me just say something they have aformula to follow and all you have to say is can I please have more meat and I?m sure they would be happy to do that for you.And for the coupons maybe it was for a sub that it didn?t work on so don?t get all worked up Just cause they didn?t honor acoupon for you.
