I have a 5-hour Drive ahead of me so I decided to stop here for breakfast. Found this place to be quite nice, the food was good... I had the bacon and egg omelette with some grits and toast. Service was great Tatiana was an awesome server. Place was not toobusy but you can tell a lot of people come here all the time. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food. Really enjoyedthis place, if I find myself back in the area I'll probably stop here again. Read more
Sunny Side Up has gone downhill! The amazing salad bar with the soup is gone, which might be a good thing based on the food, ... service, and cleanliness of the place. Waitress told us she hadn't forgotten the water we requested, but didn't bring it untilwe requested it again. We ordered two orders of fish and grits with cheese in the grits. They left the cheese off and by thetime they were supposed to bring me a slice of cheese, my grits were cold. In the meantime, they brought my husband's gritsand eggs, but no fish. Why would they send half of the order out? I shared my fish with my husband so he could at least eat thegrits and eggs while they were warm. Yes, warm only. Nothing was hot. When his fish came out 10 minutes later, it was sort ofhot. We boxed it up to go. We had to ask for refills and there was no urgency or apologies in the place. A whole group of peopleleft for to lack of service. We saw several of them coming from Subway with lunch. They've removed everything off of the table, such as jelly and hot sauce. You have to ask for this stuff and it takes forever to get. The place was dirty. Trash on thefloors and the kitchen area looked like a mess. Reasonably priced, down to earth and good breakfast food. Decent veggie options, and polite waitresses. No complaints for a... quick breakfast. Massive portions, maybe even enough for two. Read more

Visited my mom in Savannah (I'm from Indiana) and Sunny Side Up was right near her house so I figured we should try it and when... I say this food is amazing, it is not at all an understatement!!! The food was incredible, the atmosphere is light and spacious,the wait staff were super friendly and accommodating! Will 100% eat here every time I'm down that way! Read more
Good breakfast spot. The wait staff and kitchen had recently gotten slammed so when I came by the were still decompressing. ... Took longer than usual but the Chopped Steak and Eggs were still very good. The place is clean. Read more
I love this restaurant. The food is homemade and always hot and fresh. Customer service is always top notch. The ladies will... bring your to-go order to you with a smile and all!! BUT?..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT AN ALLERGY WARNING ON ITEMS WITH MILK LIKEYOUR GRITS!! I have been ordering them over the past few weeks and started showing signs of an allergic reaction and I couldn?tpinpoint what it could?ve been because I?m extremely cautious with what I eat but I just called and asked if they use milk andthey said yes they do. So no more grits for me. You guys should make a separate batch of grits dairy free. Read more
