We are and have been regular customers at the Wildwood and Fairview Dutch Bros in Boise since it first opened. We go in at least... 5 days a week, sometimes more. For the most part it has been good and we know many of the staff by name. On Saturday June 4 westopped with our grandchildren. When informed that the order was wrong instead of correcting it the employee became defensive,rude and loud. When asked for the forgotten drink she started yelling and became accusatory. It got so bad we had to leave thewindow still missing parts of our order. On Monday when my wife stopped to get her usual this same person was disrespectful andrude. On Wednesday Amber, the store manager told us if we were going to be rude she would ask us not to come back. After hearingthe facts she admitted she did not know the whole story. Today Pat, one of the leads told us I was being rude for asking to havemy order corrected and it was rude for customers to point out a mistake and ask for their order to be corrected. She said shewould stick up for her staff no matter how rude they behaved or how wrong they got a customers order. She continued insultingand accuse me of being rude for having asked to have our Oder corrected. I have been in contact both by phone and email with thecorporate office since Saturday. Bottom line is management, especially at this store is more interested in blaming and insultingtheir customers instead of training and correcting a customer service and employee conduct issue and problem. If they are goingto insult loyal long time customers how are they treating first time customers? We have reached out to Dutch Bros and evenoffered to assist in training to correct this lack of customer care and service issue. As of now no one seems interested incorrecting it. It seems they would rather and are okay with mistreating, abusing, blaming and insulting their customers insteadof correcting a customer service and attitude issue. Starbucks is calling. Someone gave me a gift card here and even when it was free I didn't like coming here. On top of low quality espresso and a... sugary/fatty menu, it's "would you like to leave an optional tip?" bleh. Even my kids don't like it lol. I ordered two chocolatealmond milks. Only one came with chocolate and neither was delicious. This Dutch Bro?s Coffee sucks. They got my order so wrong. They were not busy. I was the only car in line. I had to repeat my... order 3 times before they heard what I was saying because their music was so loud. I ordered ONE THING and they got it wrong. Iordered a large iced mocha with coconut. I received a large iced coffee with absolutely zero sugar and zero coconut flavoring.It?s not hard to make this drink. I used to be a barista at a coffee shop so I know how easy it is. Every time that I come to this Dutch bros I always have a bad experience. 2 days when I came in I had order a sugar free peach... rebel. It was warm with barely any ice at all and tasted all like the syrup that had been put into the rebel. Last time I went,we waited for our drink for 30 minutes when we walked up to the window. Love all Dutch Bros!! Overland is always packed but they are fast considering. Chinden is always most friendly, but that could... be because I go there the most. :) Milwaukee is great... they all are great! If you buy your own mug they take .25 cents offeach refill! It pays it's self off so fast!! They also have stamp cards... buy 10 get the 11th free. #amazing! Read more
It?s usually a great place with good service and great coffee but when it says it opens at 5am and you drive by multiple times... after 5am and 5:30am and it?s still not open it makes people who want to get coffee before work really sad. Read more
