Walked up showed cash only, asked lady at front if $100 bill is fine she said yes. We sat down to eat, bill was only 18$ and... they didn't have the change. Honestly everything was good except the manager . I had gone to get a table and was waiting for awhile . He had me waiting for a... while just because not all my guests were there but I told him I can order for everyone I need to catch a flight his wholeattitude was horrible. I hope to never go back . I, have been to this Ihop a few times before when I visit friends and family nearby. Usually I am pleased with the service... provided. So, this time I was a little disappointed. I, ordered a toast that is always available here with my dish nothingspecial but, not available today. Some one else in our table also did not get a side dish that came with their meal, although itwas promised them. I am aware of shortage of helpers in the industry but it felt like the staff was unfazed by their lack ofproviding good service. By writing this I am hoping to help improve satisfaction of visitors to Ihop. Read more

This IHOP is decent and comparable to most IHOP's. This one is near a hotel which brings in more patrons. The overall appearance... is clean and hygienic such as the table, utensils and bathroom. The food took a little longer than expected to cook but weordered a lot. It was all cooked as ordered and hot. Coffee was on point and hot. Service was top notch and worth the tip. Food experience was going good until I asked for salsa for my meal. It took forever to get it and I had already eaten most of my... meal when the waitress brought it out. Didn't end up using it but noticed I was charged for it. When asked why I was charged forit as I thought it was just like any other condiment and I didn't even use it because it took very 15 minutes to bring it out,her only reply was "well I can't take it off the ticket since I gave it to you" I debated the silliness of the situation withher and she refused to make it right despite everything.
