Easily one of the worst. Lobby is rarely open for dine in service. Regularly out of items so things on the menu aren't... available. Every time I go here there is some issue. Taco Bell is not as it used to be. Taking the deals (boxes, pizza,etc.) has made it way to expensive for what you get. The... Garden City location always screws up orders. Yesterday they only gave me half my order it was $21 and I got three things andwhen I asked the guy he starts questioning me so I handed him the bag until this is what I got, you finally realizes that therewas a bad sitting there on the counter that was mine and he didn't give it to me. I have been here 3 times qnd the last 2 they have been skimping. I get more tortilla that meat or cheese in the soft tacos and... today I asked for extra chicken on the quesadillas and there wasn't but I got charged for it. I would give this place zerostars if I could. The past 2 times I went, the guy taking orders sounds like he's stoned and everyone is on their phones so it'sliterally a 30 minute wait time just to order. I'll be going elsewhere here on out. I've gone here twice now. One time I ordered two Fiesta Veggie Burritos, and all they gave me was some rice (on one side of the... burrito) and some beans (on the other side), and now today I went and ordered two Double Beef Burritos and I got 90% rice, andabout a tablespoon of meat at the very end of it. It?s a hit or miss with this Taco Bell, sometimes the service and food is great. But I just left and paid extra money for meet... and cheese and this taco is basically empty. Wait here long enough in their insane lines and you'll be bound to hear gun shots. Well at least that was my experience. I'm not... upset with the employees or company just the situation. But waiting in a line you CAN NOT LEAVE (make sure you have gas) isn't agreat experience. Read more
It was 4 team members, but only the front counter cashier, and one male that was making the food that was actually working. It... was a female (red head) in the drive thru who wasn't helping out the team at all. Just looking & leaning that explains why herdrive thru was backed up like that. I will NEVER eat at this place. Go inside and see how they leave their kitchen floor WITHOUTsomeone sweeping it. I mean it's out in the open a customer shouldn't have to see that no way if someone was doing their job.Why would you want to eat somewhere where the merchant is not doing the cleanliness they're suppose to do.
