Used to come here all the time. The past 6 months the workers have been extremely rude, my drink has been missing ingredients... (an iced latte, literally missing espresso or syrup), or the machine has been ?broken? or been ?cleaning? when I drive thru. Iunderstand the frustration with underpaid and overworked, but why be open if you can?t perform simple operations and guests arewaiting 15-20 minutes for one item? Read more

Employees are rude and incompetent. I used to go to Tim Hortons 2/3 times daily. I?ve scaled down to once daily and after the... rude and incompetent service I received today I will not be going back at all. I have finally reached my limits. You don?t haveto be psychic to see that Tim Hortons will be closing all of their stores in Michigan soon. How sad! Read more
I ordered a grilled cheese panini which the cheese wasn?t even melted, looks like they slapped it on there and that was it, cold... and disgusting, ended up tossing it in the trash, coffee taste like water, this Tim Hortons has really gone down hill. Muffin sandwich were advertised as 2 for 5 but was charged full price. Not a big deal, but ordered ice coffee and instead of... being told they didnt have any ready they just watered down hot coffe with ice. Upon finishing said coffee, i discovered a screwin the bottom. Read more
They always forget something in my order or give me the wrong thing. Last time I went I ordered an everything bagel with cream... cheese and the "cream cheese" was to thin and sweet. I think it was frosting. Won't be going back. Read more
