Great Cheesesteaks, and in my opinion, surpasses Chick Fila-A around the corner. Don't get me wrong, Chick Fil-A is very good,... however Charley's is superior. Their Chicken Cheesesteak is excellent and pairs well with their fries and premium lemonade.Their pickles are amazing! Service is fast and efficient. Don't forget to pick up a rewards card. Just took home food from the roosevelt field mall location and i wont be back again. Food is getting worse over past couple... times ive been there. Fries are under cooked, lemonade has barely any syrup and were low on toppings. Constant issue. Sadcause i love this place. Read more
They forgot to give me the cheese fries I ordered. I told them and the employee started asking another employee if she really... forgot to give me cheese fries . She asked the other employee several times in Spanish. I don't think she knew I understoodSpanish. I paid for my order and honestly it upset me that she made it look like I was lying. I visited the location at the Roosevelt Field Shopping mall, and what a waste of money! Nothing was good about my meal. They... have small, thin heroes, which were more doughy than toasty. The fries tasted stale and the strawberries that were used fortheir strawberry lemonade are left sitting out, uncovered. My whole family tossed their food in the trash. I love Charley's Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken California, and now their breakfast sandwich of eggs and cheese! I add in onion and... green pepper. Staff are quick and neat making the sandwiches. Many times I've asked for some of the free sides wrappedseparately, so it doesn't make the sandwich soggy by the time I get to eat it and staff are always willing to please.
