Went to get some food for my nieces and regretted not checking the order thoroughly before making back to the house, especially... since it was close to closing. All 3 orders of fries were lacking.. My large fry was half full and the other 2 were less thanfull. On top of that my pregnant niece spicy chicken sandwhich had the wrong cheese. Don't mess up the pregnant girls food! Sodisappointing. This was my second time ever at a Chick-fil-A. My first time was at the newly opened location on Fulton street in Manhattan but... avid Chick-fil-A customers have informed me not to count that experience as part of the legendary Chick-fil-A business model. Solet's just say the Roosevelt Field Mall visit is my first visit because the experience was completely different from the Fultonencounter. Despite a long line of customers, the employees remained cool, calm and collected. The ambience was great and my cobsalad was top notch. Had this for the first time and it was really good overall. The wraps were good. The chicken strips were seasoned well and... really tender which was a plus. The mac n cheese was great, and the sauces I tried were soooo good lol. The only thing that waskinda meh for me was the waffle fries. Otherwise I had a good experience and would definitely like to try more of their menu inthe future. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Read more
Been here a few times over the last month, including today. Strike one was ordering a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with... pepperjack cheese - I was given American cheese instead. Brushed it off and went back a few days later and ordered the samething - the lettuce was mostly black, strike two. Today was my final third and final strike with this location. I tried tomobile order and the app glitched, charged my card and cancelled my order. I decided to stand in line to order and received asoggy chicken sandwich that tasted reheated and my fries were half filled. Oh, and I never got my money back from the mobileorder even after contacting customer support. I don?t have Facebook so don?t tell me to message you on there to ?make it right?- get it together. Never seen a location with mobile order pick up and in store order pick up area separate and it's confusing. Sandwich was good... but lettuce was old with many black spots. Read more
Horrible experience!! I just spent $49 and they got my order wrong. I realize this after getting across the food court and... setting up my two small children to eat. I make my way back over and explain that my order was wrong. The employee brings theissue to a manager (they gave me chips Instead of Mac and cheese as the kids side) the manager takes one look at me and saysthat she will give me the correct side but I need to bring back the incorrect side. I am insulted that this side which probablycosts 25 cents needs to now be retrieved from my table and brought back to the cashier. As if I am trying to get something forfree. This is ridiculous. I spend a lot of money at chic FIL A and this is my first bad experience. I will not be back!! Themanager on duty right now just cost you a customer. Read more
I need to call Chick-fil-Anonymous cause im addicted to this franchise. So stoked that they opened up in my local mall a few... minutes away from my job its totally worth it each time I went to the hicksville Location. Besides the food being excellent alsothe absolute awesome effort of the staff and management keep the guest happy and orders quickly finished. Read more
Un organize line. The server couldn't care what I ordered was not helpful was in her own world. Not cheerful probably personal... problems I can understand that. Ordered my food paid for it went to pick it up. First time at the place As can I take my food.Because looked at me. And said what's your name. Told him my name I said go ahead. She didn't offer to give it to me. I guessservice is not what it used to be. Due to lack of training due to shortage of staff. I can understand this. Overall not a goodimpression at this place.
