I really wanted to like this location but it's hard to when employees don't seem to operate efficiently and effectively as... individuals nor as a team. Not sure who the managers are at this location but it was also quite disappointing to see new hirestaking orders, not even knowing how to make salads, making countless mistakes, and not receiving any help from other coworkersat all. I had to literally help a new hire with making my order which ended up not even being appetizing; my avocado was wronglysmashed and basically made into a goop of guacamole in the cobb salad I ordered. I also witnessed employees wiping their noses, flies, among many other things. But I don't blame the employees for being in disarray. This issue is entirely a MANAGEMENT andLEADERSHIP issue. Also, it blows my mind that all I see in this locations reviews are years upon years of the SAME REOCCURRINGINCOMPETENT ISSUES (e.g. bugs in food, employees in disarray, salads making customers sick, etc). Furthermore, please do not askme to email any details to some bottomless, unobserved company email address. These ARE the details. Run a tighter ship, youguys. Thank you. Read more

Its a plain salad bar. Nothing special. Yes the salad was good fresh and lots to toppings and dressing but thats it. I saw a... small variety of optional bowls but nothing that would make me go back. Beverage selection was a few dozen Lacroixs and dietpepsi. One ser of salt and pepper shaker that everyone gets to touch? Attention was respectful and minimal. For a firsttimer, not impressed. Maybe its meant to grab-n-go. 2 salads 2 la croixs $34 dine in ??????????? Read more

I?ve been getting chopt for years at several locations on Long Island and this salad from this location wasn?t what I was used... to. The experience was terrible with customer service. I asked for a specific salad with no modifications and the staff stillasked what I wanted in it. And when I got home to eat it the salad didn?t even looked chopped. All the ingredients were stillwhole. For the amount of money salads here cost they should be great and above standard. Read more

I get Chop?t salads all the time in the city and they are good. Bought three from here and all were meh. One upset my stomach.... Greens just had a dirty taste to them. Some were wilted as well. A coworker never eats from this brand as she described thetaste as ?dishwater??.this location has me totally understanding what she means. Just nasty and dirty tasting. 35.00 later I amunderwhelmed, sour bellied and annoyed. Make sure your food is CLEAN and do better. Read more

One of my favorite places to eat. I created my own bowl once, but i enjoyed the predesigned bowls much better. Great dressings.... My favorite is Mediterranean and Pozole. You can reduce carbs by opting for the cauliflower rice! The brownie was scrumptious. Read more

Great spot to go for eating on the healthier side. Tons of options, meat or meatless salads. Cold and warm salad choices. Wraps... too. Then the greens options. I opted for the Kale Caesar salad with no protein. Very filling. I did have a slice of bread togo with it. All good. Read more

Really cute salad shop with a great variety of food options, all healthy yet delicious. Menu options are seemingly endless since... you can always create your own. The portions for the salads are huge, and they?re just as filling if you get them in a wrap.Given that you could probably share a salad if you?re not that hungry, the price point is really good. Staff (very friendly)still seems to be getting adjusted to the new store, but it?s certainly a place I?ll be coming back to. Read more
