The kid that completed my order was rude and impatient. I visited the location many yrs in thr past and wanted my mother to... experience it. She initially said her order however I was explaining the options before I could say whether or not that was allthe toppings she wanted, Deleon(sp?) Was off to the side to mix the icecream with 1 topping. Luckily the young lady who took myorder noticed his attitude and decided to take my order. He put the icecream in the bag purposely without a spoon therefore ihad to come back after I already walked back to car. Its sad we had to experience his rude and impatient behavior. Will never go to this establishment again. The Manager, a petite young woman was rude and unfriendly. The Staff needs more... training in customer service and hospitality, particularly the Manager. As I place an order with family of 5, I was close to thecounter with a mask on when the petite young woman rudely ask me to step back as if I was going get her sick. When I ask her whyshe was being so rude she simply replied "I'm making ice cream, take it easy". Now that was very unprofessional! Read more
Love Cold Stone's and visit this location often, but this location is poorly managed by the owners. Always understaffed and the... Creations are never made correctly. Recently ordered two triple-pints to-go and they weren't even filled completely. Previoustimes I have asked and paid for extra toppings and only to realize they haven't put them in it or only put normal amount.Extremely disappointed. Also, feel bad for the young kids that work there at night, they are always short on staff and neverable to get to all the customers on proper time. Read more

Ordered a birthday cake for my brother on Uber Eats, they wrote Happy Father's Day instead of Happy Birthday which I clearly... specified on the order. I understand it could've been busy and a misunderstanding but I tried calling them twice and insteadgot hung up on without any interaction whatsoever. Horrible customer service Read more
Founder's favourite is one of my favourites and even orange one is too good
Not impressed. Staff was great. Product was over $9 for a scoop of clumpy, not mixed well, peanut butter cup ice cream was too... much money. Won't return. Read more
