The guy working 2/17/22 at 4:00-4:20 PM today was rude and unprofessional. He cut me off mid sentence while I was telling him my... order to rush me and rushed packaging my dozen donuts, when he put one in the bag, he roughly opened it flinging the donut onthe counter. Depending on time of day, the staff can be efficient and fast, but then, on other days & times, staff slow and inefficient.... Selection of donuts and muffins sketchy too depending on time of day and day of the week, but given all that, for the most part,one of the better DD's. Read more
Great fast service, nice people, I would not start my day at any other place my favorite place and some of my favorite... essential employees. This Dunkin? is amazing. All the workers are fast paced, and know what they?re doing. One worker in particular that amazes me is... Jennifer. She provides excellent service and is one of the best workers at this Dunkin Donuts location and even all of LongIsland. She always greets customers like me with courtesy and is always kind while maintaining a professional demeanor. If you need a new dunkin location to go that is consistent and makes great drinks, this is the best one to go to. Read more
Editing because they seem to be doing better lately. I'm not sure if management is reading reviews, but I haven't been having... any problems lately which is a big change from my normal experience. Old Review: Nine times out of ten they get my order wrong. I don't order anything special that isn't right off the menu. It's like they read the first letter on your mobile order, andthen make whatever they feel like making instead of what you ordered. I don't come here that often, yet almost without fail,something is wrong and I end up having to wait for someone to correct it, which defeats the whole purpose of "skipping the wait"with mobile ordering. Had to give one start in order to review. This location almost never has the donuts I want for order and more then half the time... they end up being stale. Today was one of those days They didn?t have what I wanted. Then I see I sign to try this new sandwichthe beyond sausage. The sign clearly states free sample January 24-25 from 8-10am. It?s right in the middle 9am. I ask to try itand was charged for it. Once I realized I asked the cashier and she said oh we did it yesterday and were not doing it today. I?msorry I didn?t realize you could pick and choose to act on a corporate promotion. I had them refund me. Definitely the last timeI order from this location. Read more
Staff was nice but the donuts were stale and the jelly donut didn?t have any jelly! ???????????
