Terrible experiences just a week ago I order 2 matcha latte and when I got the drinks it was too light, so as always because I... work with costumers too I nicely asked this guy who always have a bad attitude if I could give me more green color in it. So heyelled out at me saying that is not his problem if it?s not green. So asked him if I have to pay extra so I can get more matchagreen in it so he said give me a dollar and I paid him what he asked me for but I never got a receipt for that extra charge andhe put the money in his pocket. And I still had to wait for a long time to get the drinks like the way I wanted it. Terribleexperiences? I wouldn?t go back to this place not even if they give me things free. Read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donut place I have ever come across..... I asked for plain egg and cheese. Luckily I saw the man was... preparing my order and by mistake he put Rora strips in it..... I was watching him unnoticed.. He realized he prepared wrongorder. He removed the rossl strips and handed over to me... I literally shouted at him. Rather than he appologized he startedarguing with me.. Please guys don't get any kind of stuff from that Roose Field mall outlet....You never know what they areselling and what you are getting.... Believe me if negative stars was a thing I would put that 1000x. Went to this place to get a bagel specifically asked for it to... be lightly toasted because I don?t want my food to taste like charcoal. Instead I got burnt up bagel, I took the time to go backand told the guy I ordered a lightly toasted bagel which I ordered with cream cheese. He then gave me a new bagel and this timetry to spite me but putting butter on the bagel instead of cream cheese and I didn?t check it until I got back to my job and Irefuse to go back there a third time. I will no longer go back to this Dunkin? Donuts to get anything to eat because of this guywho always seem to have and attitude and acting like I?m there begging him for anything and not spending my hard earn moneynever again will I go there. The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Never write reviews but I had to write for this one because of how rude these two ladies... were. I ordered something and she took the wrong item. Yelled at me for her mistake. Told me to go outside ?get out and wait?.The worst ever. The rudest behavior. Forget about them apologizing for making mistake, they are blaming me for their mistake. Iam disgusted by the employees and not the food. Please change the employees because if their only job is customer service andthey can?t do it then they need to leave not us.
