Great go to for lunch sushi specials... Inside or outside..
Food was good! Service was terrible! When we walked in a woman was sitting at the hostess area eating and she rudly waived her... hand at us to go find any seat. The waiter was just as rude...never gave us water, when ordering he just said u ready? And stoodthere as if he was annoyed that I had questions about the menu. When the food came out he placed it on the table and ran off .I had to keep looking for him for things like napkins, water and utensils and when he did come over to bring them he just saidhere. Never asked how are things or asked if we needed anything just very dismissive as if they were annoyed with work. Not afriendly welcoming environment at all and I noticed it was not only happening at our table. Customer service lacking big time! Igave a decent rating because the food was very good. Read more
Kaji has fantastic lunch specials! They have a variety of lunch special options at a very fair price. My favorite is the 2 sushi... rolls ($11) and 3 sushi rolls ($14) which both come with soup and salad. Personally, I like to swap out the soup with anadditional salad (the dressing is so good!) for a $1 up charge. I have tried the philly, boston, chicken tempura, shrimptempura, and advocado salmon rolls all of which are excellent. Additionally, their alcohol is very fairly priced. Most cocktailsare pretty large and strong for only $10. There is a good wine selection ranging $9-$12 per glass. Nice atmosphere, good service, food came timely and as expected. Just tried basic options this time but I would like to go back... and try some special rolls. I’ve been going here for the past year or two and I will recommend it to everyone! They have the best sushi, and the take out... is super fast if you do not want to eat in the restaurant. Their sashimi is amazing I would especially recommend the salmon ifyou’re going to try it! Read more
This was a very nice place for Japanese food. I got the chicken hibachi (comes with a side of soup & salad), california roll and... shrimp tempura roll. Side note: everyone at the table got the same thing except for the kids. It was fairly empty when Ivisited, which was a Sunday evening. I was surprised to see it no too full since it was dinner time. This is my new fav spot! There are so many beautiful options of special rolls, i think i order a different one every time.... Service is good, staff always friendly, and the fish tastes fresh every time. They have cute outdoor seating in the back and nottoo pricey. The food was just ok. I ordered a roll and 3 pieces of salmon sushi. They gave me 3 pieces of Tuna instead. It wasn't crowded... but it wasn't easy to get our waiters attention. It took 10 minutes to find someone to refill my green tea. The Tuna had an oddmetallic taste and I had indigestion after eating for several hours. Read more
