Great food. Chef owned restaurant. Has a very loyal following so tough to get a reservation on weekends.

Was very impressed with the food. They made up a custom pasta dish for me tonight and it was quite good.

We were in Garden City for an event and decided to give this restaurant a try. The Tre Colore salad was super fresh and... delicious. I had the special Bronzino whole fish with broccoli raab and potatoes. The fish was delightful! And I would happilycome back to this delicious restaurant again! Read more

Not a fan of how they cook the pasta. Had higher expectations for the location and reputation. Apps were bland and lacked flavor... as well. Elderly vibe compliments the taste of their food. Read more

Celebrated a birthday with family at Nonna Bella recently. The staff, from the hostess to waiter (Miguel) were exceptional. ... Unfortunately, food and everything else was well below average. Pasta was poorly cooked, and poorly seasoned. My son who eatseverything left food on plate. We had high expectations, but it was a big let down. Not the Italian eatery experience we werelooking forward to. We will not be returning to Nonna Bella. Read more

It must have been an off night because everyone in our party thought the food was just okay. Pasta was way undercooked, almost... raw. Extremely noisy. Will have to give it another try. Read more

Chef Lino as always was on point with his unique specials like his homemade lobster ravioli with sea urchin, stuffed mussels... with crab meat and his stuffed zucchini blossoms. Not to mention the equally amazing bronzino, pasta and banana cream tart werealso home runs! Great job as always Pasqualino! Read more

La Nonna Bella is like taking a trip to Europe and experiencing the fine dining of Italy, right in the comfort of Long Island. I... came in to try out chef tasting meal and was absolutely blown away! The portions and variety that you receive areastonishing...I am still dreaming about it! As a note: The restaurant allows only 2-hour dining, however, they make sure yourmealtime (even the large chef tasting) fits inside the 2-hour time limit. Incredible! Now let's talk about food! Here were myabsolute FAVORITE dishes I tried that night: Antipasto: - Cozze Al Pesto -Mozzarella Di Buffalo e Burrata Dinner - You NEED totry the Risotto Ai Porcini imported porcini mushrooms. Period. -Spaghetti Cacio Pepe Dessert: -Banana Cream Tart -PannaCotta In all honesty, you really can't go wrong with any of the food here. Along with the great food, the service is absolutelytop-notch! Eria and Chef Lino are the most down-to-earth people I have met in a while. 2 Words: Come. Hungry. Read more
