I discovered this caterer a few years ago and use it every Thanksgiving. You can cater your entire meal or part of it. I like to... buy a fresh turkey from them and cook it myself and purchase a couple of their side dishes and desserts. It makes for anexcellent Thanksgiving oh, and I don't have to cook everything myself LOL. You would need to order in advance. Read more
Another wonderful experience with Prime Fine Catering! We have used Prime in the past to cater different events… Communions,... graduations and holidays. We had the occasion to use Prime again this past weekend for my daughter‘s Sweet 16 and we were notdisappointed. The food, as always, was delicious and plentiful. We had two servers, Gloria and Jade, who were pleasant,professional and attentive. We could not be happier with the service and quality of the food; we will definitely continue to usePrime when the opportunity arises. Read more

Very Disappointed. Upon delivery some of the apps were destroyed from being tilted. We tried to reconstruct them but this never... should have happened and lost a lot of them. Tuna “cup” is a scoop size chip with a few beans and an over cooked 1” pieceof tuna on top. The chips were soggy and unappetizing. We were able to salvage about 2 dozen out of 5. Seared tenderloin ongarlic toast. Stale and could not bite, salvaged half of the 6 dozen. Bacon kebobs? A piece of fat on a toothpick. Pretzelplatter had no salt on them and arrive in a tin tray- not a platter. Trio of dips arrived with a small 10” container ofbroken pita chips. Not enough for even half a container of 1 of the 3 dips. Buratta platter is 4 small pieces of burattasurrounded by sliced tomatoes. Lemon bars $20 for a dozen? I thought they were full size lemon bars. They were 1” squares(youcan see below they’re the size of the raspberry on top). Was advised the amount I would need for 75 people and had 1 full trayof everything leftover. Some of the trays arrived hot, some arrived ice cold. No utensils came with food which left usscrambling to find spoons to serve with. The hired servers could not believe the state of this food. Again what adisappointment. Read more
