This place has so much potential but continues to be a disappointment. The past 3 times we've been there recently the services... was not only horrible but the personality of the server was worse. It was like we were were annoying them... Took forever forthe food to come out, had to get up several times to ask for things since the server hardly came over. Had to get up to ask forthe check. The food was also mediocre at best. Probably not the best place to order a steak but that came out super overdone...my husband didn't even finish his dish. Wen to this restaurant on 7/22/22 for a late lunch. I was in a party of 10 and we sat on the patio. Pur party came after the... brunch and lunch rush figuring that the saturday rush would be over and we were right. However, the staff was challenged byhaving two large parties. It took over an hour to get our food order. While sitting outside at the table waiting the managernever came, the servers did not check-in we needed refills and we had to track them down to get drinks in the first place. Uponmentioning our disappointment to the manager they offered nothing for the poor service. We spend over 400$ and it was not worthit at all. I just had my daughters baby shower and I’m so upset on several issues. First we were told the room holds 65 no way. Thank God... we only had 45. Then we had one server and one girl getting drinks. The restaurant in this business should know that you needmore then two people for 45 people. You had to keep looking to get a drink and food took awhile to order. The place is verydirty and the owner does not know how to talk to customers. He should invest in up grading his restaurant the bathrooms aredisgusting. Then we were told we could park free on the weekends. Well some of my guest received tickets. The owner said hewould take care of it with an attitude. Last thing is how does an Italian restaurant serve bread and no butter. No happy at all. Read more
I am giving it a 3 stars because of the service and the environment was very family oriented, as you can see from the picture s... the food looks good and that's all week had plus and as an appetizer was one fresh mozzarella ball with 4 tomatoe slices nothingto drink other then water and our bil was like around $180, not including tip, which I thought would have been decent but thefood was okay. Nothing to brag about I had better. We went to go celebrate my in-laws 40 anniversary, they didn't even asked ifwe wanted anything to drink or even ask if we wanted dessert after we had dinner. Nice place. Good food, good service. People are tripping and falling on the small step outside. The restaurant can't fix it due... to some unreasonable town restrictions. My friend tripped going in. I fell going out, bruised my wrist and twisted my ankle.Watch your steps!!! Read more
