We have never had a bad meal at Buca di Beppo no matter what location we have gone to. This one, unfortunately, was out of... lasagna and thought they were out of meatballs. Our server did an excellent job and managed to round up a meatball for us but,alas, no lasagna. It’s always fun to eat here family style, and, as an Italian, I am very, very picky as to what Italian foodI will eat. Great for a large family that wants great food at a more than reasonable price. Its our first time and very disappointed! Poor service,they will not offer you anything, or even ask you if its your first time... you'll ended up on keep asking different server till you get what you need If your by yourself they don't serve small portion ondinner they will charge you for the price of family serve 3 but the portion is only good for ONE (Or should I say they will nottell you how much you would pay if its your first time,even if I clearly tell them the size/portion of what I need they justtake order and pretend she didn't hear anything good thing there's another lady who pass by and I add an order and clearly sayper person because I'm the only one who can eat that order,but she told me thats not how they serve the dinner they only servefamily portion "Good for three " but its on little tiny plate.
