The sullungtang soup was surprisingly good. It didn't appear to have the over usage of MSG in it. Really clean taste. And the... banchans (side dishes) were very good too. Read more

My wife and I usually go and get hot bowl of Pho (Monday thru Wednesday). However, I wanted to try something different. I wanted... spicy korean beef soup (??? aka gam-ja-ttang). When I ordered it, our waitress came back and told me that dish was notavailable. So, I ordered ox tail soup with mixed meat. Side dishes were yummy too. My wife ordered yook-gae-jang. We will beback. Read more

Whenever I visit CA, this is my favorite dine out place to eat. 1.A lot of selection of menu and most of them are pretty... good. 2. Fresh side dishes and server ladies seem very busy, but also always does their best to customers. 3. The owner lady isvery sincere, honest and patient person. I saw many times that she asked some weak and poor elderly people, whether they needmore free rice or not.(as u know, extra rice is charged.) Seems like she always tries to take good care of every singlecustomer. She seems like working 365days for a year, but never expresses her tiredness or discomfort to her employees orcustomers due to her hard work. 4. No matter you are korean or not, they always bring you good quality of food with goodmanner. 5. Great portion of food with reasonable price. Read more

Went there for pickup. Ordered ahead by phone because they don't deliver:( That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. When I got... there it was not easy to find a parking spot, so took a little longer. Anyway, the food was perfectly ready to go. All the foodswere hot and they gave matching number of utensils set. Surprised by the number of people eating inside in this time ofpandemic. And the taste of food explains why. Also, the workers were kind enough and seemed to be respect each other. Read more

Was on the hunt for Korean comfort food and decided to try this place based on the reviews. They have three tables outside for... dining and it was clear they had a robust takeout operation. Given that it?s a modest unassuming spot, I was impressed with howbusy it was and the food was great. Four of us sat at one of the nostalgic tables from the days of playing in the ball pit atMcDonald?s. (You?ll know if you go.) We started out with an order of the steamed veggie and pork dumplings which are made inhouse. They were perfectly cooked and were delicious. (The dumplings themselves are traditionally bland and meant to be dippedin the ponzu-like dipping sauce.) For entrees we ordered a selection of grilled meats (kalbi, bulgogi, and spicy pork bulgogi)and there were all really good. The bulgogi was tender and well-seasoned and the spicy pork had enough heat without burning mylips. We also ordered a bowl of kalguksu (knife -cut noodles in broth) which was enormous! They offer a selection of brothsincluding clam, beef bone broth, and traditional anchovy which is what I opted for. The broth was savory and the noodles weregreat. It easily could have served as the meal for two people. As for the banchan (side dishes), they presented a nice array ofoptions, including a veggie-fruit salad and sautéed potato sticks which I hadn?t had since I was a kid. All very good. Theyserve beer and soju and the service was warm. If you?re willing to overlook the understated decor, I think you?ll be pleasedwith the selection and flavor of the food. It?s definitely found a spot in our regular rotation going forward. Read more

The place is really hide away, but i like the portion and price of this place, some side dish are good. The cold buckwheat... noodle are a good dish to share, the bibimbap is also good but would want more meat though cause i like to eat meat more. I gotfull on just 1 dish, i got 3 dish for 3 people and it is a lot of food. Worth a revisit if i ever want some korean cold noodle. If they have gimbap it would be lot more interesting since i like to snack on gimbap if done right. Read more
