Kome is minutes away, so it's convenient. The eel in Kome's caterpillar roll was a bit chewy, not tender. I love Kome's baked... lobster and baked scallop rolls, so that's what I'll stick to. Prices are a little high for the quality. Take-out service wasgood. Read more

This is a restaurant that out family frequent very regularly. They're a little small inside but pack a punch. Great service... and food. Love their Hokkaido Scallop along with the various sushi and sashimi. The salmon combination is great too. Poke orsashimi salad is a hit. They load up on the tuna and salmon. The quality of fish and service here is amazing, the chefs and owner are super nice and have asked us for feedback in person as... we are regulars and we couldn?t complain about anything! The hotate de uni is to die for when they have uni available. All ofthe rolls we have tried have been amazing including all of the rolls included in the special they have going on. We are so happy to have this sushi restaurant in our neighborhood. We use to drive to Long Beach for sushi because we didn't... like any of them in the area (and we have tried them all!) Ever since Some came to the neighborhood we have been orderingweekly! The sunrise and sunset rolls are so yummy. The poke nachos are fun. All of their sashimi is so fresh. I was so disappointed! I ordered the beef bento box but the beef was like rubber and I couldn?t eat eat it. I complained but... they wouldn?t give me something else. Their California roll wasn?t very good either. The photo is what I left on my plate. Itried to email them But no one responded to me. We were so excited when we heard there was a new sushi restaurant that just opened up around the corner from our house. We love... sushi so much so had high expectations. We absolutely fell in love with Kome sushi. The sushi is extremely fresh and all of therolls have been excellent. We have ordered take out from here at least once a week for the last 2 months.
