Not asking for great service when coming here, but ate here last night with my daughter and the service was AWFUL. I?ve noticed... it changing over the years, will definitely not be coming back, makes me sad. We waited to be seated, server just pointed in adirection, then he corrected us by saying the table number. Waited for awhile before handed menus. Then we waited over 20minutes to order. Was telling my daughter let?s go, there?s a spot we can go to up the street, and this girl who was not workingthe floor, asked if we were ready. She took our order I never saw her face she was standing behind me. Then she left out thedoor after taking our order. We were served by a very sweet cook coming from the back while the hip server fooled around withthe drinks and the other server wrapped chopsticks and napkins together. I was not the only customer noticing this. I thinkthey were mad at their boss and taking it out in us and leaving it to the one Mexican to do all the work, cook and serve. Wentto the register to pay and the hip waiter was totally avoiding me! I waited over TEN minutes while he put ice in cups, literally! The phone rang forcing him to make eye contact with me! He put a finger up for me to wait, yeah dude been waiting. Hetook the phone order then reluctantly took my payment. I didn?t say anything and was respectful, but I have to put this outthere. Pho Lu is going down the drain, the service has always been minimal, but always chill and quick. Yesterday evening was along waiting mess and the worst customer service. Two starts for the good food though. Read more

Hard to say it's the best Pho because everyone has their own taste and preference. But I tell you it's definitely in the top 5... Pho in OC. Their consistency is incredible. It tastes the same every time I visit. They accept cash or debit card only. Therestaurant is quite small and well-known in the area, so avoid the busy time if you can. Read more

Food was amazing! Broth didn't disappoint. Service needs work, probably more of a language challenge. I signal for the bill to... our waiter and he saw me, but never came, nor explained to me that I needed to get up and pay at the register. I did, but stoodthere as an older lady just continued counting money, not even telling me if "she'll be with me in a second" or anything. Finally, got my bill and she got uneasy, thinking that I was going to leave with their copy, the only copy given at a time. Iwas just trying to figure the tip to write in as I was trying to let the person next to me go ahead of me. Again, our familyloved the food. My Ox tail Pho was filling and full of flavor. Some ends on the meat were just a bit dry, but nothing the brothcouldn't handle. Read more

The Oxtail Pho was so good looking and amazing that I forgot to take a before picture but others have. Flavors are spot on,... oxtail is cooked nice and slow to the point of fall off the bone and some collagen juices were included. I definitely would liketo go back. One large size will cost you $16 approximately w/tax. Definitely satisfying meal and I could not finish the large.Small probably will be just fine at $10-12 range. Other dishes also looked great as it passed me. It gets busy really quicklyand there?s always a waiting list board outside. Read more

Very popular spot at 12:30AM for good reason. The pho was absolutely amazing! Service was extremely fast all around from sitting... at our table to ordering to receiving our food. The broth was extremely flavorful. I ordered mine with fatty brisket which Ihighly recommend it. Read more

YUM I got the pho app chao mem chay and it was so good. I don't see it at very many restaurants (or just haven't noticed). The... noodles have that soft-yet-crunchy noodles that crackle and ooze out flavor and juice as you bite into them. The presentationwas delightful. I would have liked it to be spicier so maybe next time I will ask for jalapenos or cut chilis because thesriracha wasn't cutting it. Definitely would get this again even if the price is ~$17 and most people come for pho. Since I ammeat-free now, I'm so grateful they have this & that it's the right consistency for pho ap chao. Other places serve theirs likestir fry noodles but pho ap chao is different. It's a special dish ???? Read more
