This is literally the worst costumer service I?ve ever received? I work in healthcare and I m ow how demanding people can be but... this location literally can?t even answer the phone I called a corporate line and they transferred me to the store and yet againthe line disconnected? I understand the weekend rush and I understand not ever call can be answered or even put on hold but I?mnot even reviving that ?. Pick up the dam phone !!! Read more

I asked the employee what is this extra service fee for and he said it?s an extra fee they charge for delivery. I said to him,... I?m in your store so why do I have to pay that extra fee? He then said, we charge everybody. Okay?. So what is it?!? So I lookedit up online and apparently, since December 2021 PIZZA HUT started collecting the extra SERVICE FEE just so the executive of thecompany can stay wealthy. More friendly management and staff. Upon walking the lobby the manager or supervisor made eye contact with me and just turned... around and left the counter lobby. I felt very unappreciated! My 11 year old son was waiting for me in the car while I went topick up my order and he even noticed that he ignored me. Read more
The thin pizza half and half was too salty . I do not Know what they placed in the tomato sauce which made the pizza too... salty that you cannot eat it . Good the white sauce is not so salty. Please double check your recipe and taste test it firstbefore selling it to your customers. Read more
Ordered a dinner box, an order of pasta and 2 medium pizzas for carry out. Upon arrival, my order was given to another... customer...so we waited. 20 minutes goes by and the employee carried it out to our vehicle. There was NO pepperoni on eitherpizza within the box. The other 2 pizza tasted like cardboard with limited sauce and there was more than an inch of crust. Thisis the sad story of Pizza Hut unraveling. Read more
We ordered a cheese pizza last evening. It arrived quickly and we were really hungry! The pizza that arrived was obviously made... earlier and left sitting on their oven to keep warm. What ever they put on the crust to make it crunchy tasted like the nastiestleft over old, old, old oil! Having ordered a cheese pizza I would expect cheese on the whole pizza! We had 2 pieces with NOcheese! We are disgusted with them and will order from a mom and pop business now; they care about sending out nasty old foodthat someone else ordered and didn't want.
