Terrible service. I placed a mobile order, on my lunch break took drive, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only for them to... tell me they just received the order and have to make it smh OK fine.. then I ask if they can put the seafood in a separate bagfrom the rest of the food and the worker acted like I asked him for $5,000 dollars, Said no they can't do that that have tostuff everything in one bag. I ask for a manager becaise it makes no sence and they claim she's on lunch break. So I wait in theparking lot for 15 minutes.. o food came out, nothing just terrible, wasted my entire lunch break oh yeah 5-10 days for arefund. I ended up at Chick-fil-A. Read more
My visit was the most pleasant to this spific location due to the cashier in the drive through. I asked her a couple questions... about items on the menu and she responded in a very friendly way. After i payed she continued to provide a very good service.Before leaving I asked for her name as she responded Esther(not sure about the spelling), as I thanked for her upbeat attitudeand patience towards me. I'm giving it one star because of the little Asian girl with a fake little nails with Diamonds and Pearls on them at the... drive-thru window is awful. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at any place that I've gone to. She showed a totallack of disrespect for her manager Danny her coworkers and the customers. She has a lot of growing up to do and quite honestlythey should have her in the back stocking the shelves and not up front were all she will do is upset and disappoint people. We?re literally right around the corner from the garden grove location on haster in a hotel so close we could have walked. The... food was cold, no utensils, no butter for the dirt dry biscuits and wrong drink. Not a good experience. Postmates driver wasawesome as usual. Read more
I ordered a 3 piece meal, a quarter size piece of chicken counted as a wing, a crayon size drumstick counted as another piece... and the breast was smaller than a deck of cards was the 3rd piece. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the quality offood Read more
The food is great but the parking lot is weird to get into sometimes due to the entrance's weird placement that's not quite next... to the stop light. Sometimes I don't even know if it's legal to turn left into the lot from the south side... ???? Read more
This was the longest drive thru wait with just one car in front of us. When it was our turn to order, the lady said to wait. I... have no idea how long we were waiting, but a line started to back up behind us. Maybe she was new? Nope. We just wanted theirbeignet. When we finally got it, it smelled and tasted like chicken. It tasted like they cooked their beignet in the same oilas their chicken. It still tasted good, but it was throwing us off. Read more
Showed them a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. They said they can't honor it because it's not accepted at their location, so... I pulled up the locations where it is accepted to show them they're listed here. They still said no. The manager said shecouldn't do anything about it. Read more
