If I could give zero stars I would. I have given this place so many chances when it comes to service, staff, and beverages. I'm... always disappointed. I come here regularly to charge my things. And typically don't order more than a cinnamon raisin bagel.Cause let's be honest this place ain't cheap. But every once in a while I have the extra funds for a treat. Well that's what Iexpect my drink to taste like..... Unfortunately EVERYTIME I do pay anywhere from 5 to 8 dollars for a frappe. It is alwaysterrible. I MEAN just disgusting. No flavor, I'm literally drinking chunky shaved ice that is colored a light brown. NO coffeeflavor NO caramel flavor just colored shaved ice. It's not even smooth its just chunks. Frappes are usually smooth kinda like asmoothie or milkshake usually there might be some chunks of ice the blender missed but that's typical and expected. But thisthing you guys tried to pass off today is just disrespect. Okay most people would just say have them remake it. Usually and mostplaces I would have no problem asking for a remake... BUT the staff here is usually terrible rude, snotty, and making overlyloud comments about CERTAIN types of customers. They profile to say the least. If I were to go up there because I carry multiplebags and a backpack. Plus they'd judge the way I look. Even though I do have the money too pay for a different one they wouldand most likely be heard making snide remarks how I just want something for free. Among other things I have heard them sayfrequently. It really just saddens me because i simply ordered this specfic beverage cause just like a strawberry milk shakealways can brighten my day or make me happy. The caramel ribbon crunch frappe always or at least when made correctly perks upmy attitude and mood for the morning to start my day off just right. You'd think this place was a soup kitchen for the homeless with all the transients sitting and sleeping inside, it doesnt even... smell like a coffee shop anymore! I feel bad for the hard workers that have to work in these enviornments, starbucks need to bemore considerate for the safety of their workers and customers because i definetly did not feel safe. I come here every morning and order the same drink. My mom has to drive back every morning thru the drive thru because they... can't make a white chocolate mocha with 6 pumps. I've been inside and I've watched them make other people's drink and their overhere not even putting full pumps. Today I asked the guy to put 3 dollars in cash and 3 dollars from my debit card to put onto myStarbucks card and then to pay with my Starbucks card but they guy just paid woth my debit card ???? I didn't get my Starbuckspoints and when I asked y he did that he said he didn't know obviously if he was paying attention he would of did it correctly.He spent more time decorating his name tag than making sure my coffee was made correctly. You know a few weeks ago they would have gotten 5 stars. Something with this location has gone down the drain over the past few... weeks. I whole heartedly expect exactly what I order when my drink is nearly 10 bucks. They've severely gotten my order wrongfor the past 4 mornings in a row. First is was the lack of peppermint, then no mocha, once without the 6 extra shots and thismorning was the final straw. A peppermint mocha with 6 shots completely missing the peppermint, mocha and the 6 shots. Literallytastes and looks like hot milk mixed with coffee flavored water. The investment I've put into this Starbucks I expect a lotbetter from them. This is very disappointing and I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this location. I've just been in this Starbucks, and it was shut down an hour earlier. I arrived at 10 pm, but it must works until 11 pm. The... staff washed the floor and cleaned.
