On 12/03/2022 This is for everyone to know about this location. To please if u can taste test your drinks before u leave. I... order a Starbucks refresher. As i had left this location, stopped at a light and took a sip literally just water and hint oflemonade. My sister took a sip just to make sure, sure enough she tells me it taste just like water. I went back to return orderand one of the guy worker goes to window and is like ?wooooooow? But the attitude just showed whoever made that drink knew andwas not happy I came to complain. I was disappointed about this Starbucks didn't want to offer pup cup a couple of times when I went there to get my morning... coffee. The attitude was bad and the reason why they couldn't offer pup cup was because they ran out of cream!? How is possiblefor starbucks run out of cream in the morning? Not early morning, it was around 8-8:30am. I didn't have any similar experienceat other Starbucks locations, only this one. I hope the customer service over there can be improved soon to align with theculture of Starbucks. Read more

The service wasn?t exceptional like at other Starbucks. My drink wasn?t hot like i normally get it. They said it was because I... asked for extra cream which is weird because yesterday?s drink was made exactly the same way at a different Starbucks and it washot. Unfortunately they couldn?t accommodate me with a replacement. They said next time ask for a latte or to heat up the cream.The coffee was good but lukewarm which just irritated me. I went back in to purchase a replacement and this time I asked them toheat up the cream. This one was great. On the downside they do charge an extra $.80 for the classic sweetener syrup. Read more
