Good food for losing weight, as advertised. Tastes fresh, good cookies. No complaints. They even gave me extra cookies on one... order because the order before they had to substitute what I ordered for another cookie because they ran out. Read more
Staff very unfriendly, my co workers and i go there often as its walking distance from out shop. Yet every time we go we receive... the same bad service. Staff seems to have an i care less attitude, brushes you off quickly. Its pretty obvious staff isnt tocustomer service oriented. Read more

At 9877 Chapman Ave Garden Grove for Subway I was really disappointed. I made an online order and picked it up. My tuna... sandwich was terrible. It was soggy bread and the bread was hard on the edges. I could hardly eat it and threw most of itaway. I dont understand how you make a sandwich tastes so terrible. This subway location, on Chapman, is pretty good. My wife and I eat here fairly regularly. Unlike other reviews, we've never had... any problems here. Food was good, bread was fresh, and the people working there polite. I'm sorry other people had a badexperience, but most likely, you won't. Enjoy the good food. Read more
I don't complain about fast food, but this location is supposed to be open at 6 am most days and when I got there at 6:25 am... today, it was closed. I'm pretty sure there are supposed to be 2 people there and this issue didn't happen under the oldmanagement. Edit: It is the next day and it's still closed at 6:38 am. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful topeople who expect you to be open for breakfast, especially after working graveyard shifts. If you have any respect for how business works, come to the Subwayon Brookhurst (10120 Garden Grove Blvd #153, Garden Grove, CA 92843).
