Melissa gave a really bad service ???????? So rude, definitely I will never back
This is my 3rd time staying here at the Hyatt Regency. I had the pleasure to have Melissa as my waitress both weeks. It is so... nice to wake up to her big smile in the morning. Nothing is too big or small to ask. No matter how busy or short staff itmight be, my OJ or coffee never runs low. Thank you for always giving it your best! They are really lucky to have you. Decent food and great friendly service. Convenient place to eat a quick breakfast if you're staying at the hotel
The breakfast menu is sooooo limited. In addition, the quantity per order is somewhat small. The food quantity is reasonably... good. The servers and Busboys are very helpful and professional. Read more
Staff were friendly and automatically filled hot drinks once you had finished it. There was a lot to choose from on the menu:... pancakes,waffles etc. Although the breakfast buffet was a bit pricy (€25pp), there was alot to choose from!! Food includespancakes, churros, plain/seeded bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, chocolate swirl, croissants, whole/2%/low fat milk, cereals,eggs, sausages, bacon and more! Read more
It was good. Only had breakfast here so the bacon and eggs were good. I will try breakfast buffet if I go back to this hotel.
Excellent waiter in the evening. Good food overall, but the chef needs to learn to make an Italian sauce!!!! It tastes like he... opened a can of tomatoes and a can of paste and added pepper and garlic salt. No complexity whatsoever!!! Even a simple marinaracan have some complexity to it, but not this chef. His/her Arrabiata is the same. Too band, because the shrimp in it was good.The Chicken in the chicken Parmesan was also very good. The sauce ruins it. Read more
