I ordered a 75% sugar jasmine milktea and they made me wait for half an hour without informing me anything. Only after I had... been waiting for so long and decided to ask about my order that they told me they have to brew another pax of tea that is 75%sugar for me. They should have told me that from the beginning when they were taking my order so that I could have the optionnot to waste 30 mins waiting. Not even a single staff at the counter then offered me an apology, instead they talked as if itwas my fault for making that order, and I should have known that on my own. Read more

[Updated review] Urban Location has really stepped up after being "ok" for a long time. They remodeled their interior and added... new drinks/dishes to their menu. Some good drinks to try (haven't tried many other drinks): - Their Jasmine milk tea with lowor no sugar. Fresh with a natural floral fragrance to it. - The strawberry tornado is also good. Strawberry and cheese foamtaste pretty fresh. Not too sweet, and the cheese foam has an ever so slightly touch of saltiness. Things to improve: -Consistency. One of the reasons I stopped going regularly is the tea can be good or downright watered down sometimes (this isbefore their remodeling) - Matcha is not very good and can be inconsistent. - It'd be better if they could get their ownbathroom. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the fries we're on point and their drinks are refreshing, there's something different for... everyone to enjoy plus the place looks like an avenue, I loved it! Definitely going back. Read more

Teas were great, well balanced and delicious. We got the Thai green tea and a regular oolong milk tea. Both were better than... expected. We also got two of the chicken platters. They give you a lot of food for the price, and easily could have shared onebetween the two of us. A little disappointed in the aluminum tumblers but still use them. Read more

It has good prices. I cam tell is a popular place since everytime I order something specific they don't have it. The cashiers... need to keep constant communication with the ones making the drinks. After a while of placing the order they say they ran out ofthat. So one has to change the order. Read more

Beautiful boba place with a lot of options but okay Thai tea boba. I came here with my friend late at night - this store... actually opens while the rest of the boba places is closed. Anyway, it is a very nice place to hang out and talk. I love thedesigned of the place - it is very unique. However, the boba Thai tea is lacking. It is served in a nice cup but I wish theboba Thai tea is just as nice. Anyway, since it is probably one of the only boba shops that is opened at night it is hard tocomplain too much about it. Decided to give this place a try since it is new. It's a cute place, nice ambiance and humor decoration. I order their Urban... coffee consist sea creams. A side note: if you want strong coffee ask them to make it less sweet. If you want extra shot, thisplace charge you extra...not 7 Teas Leaf allowed up to 6 shots for free. I should have told them no sea cream and easy ice. Thedrink came in kind of slender cup. Very disappointed since they full up almost half wit sea cream and ice, not so much coffee.Ordered mango iced tea for my kid no sweet. However, it's not an option since they need to add mango syrup. ???? Their popcornchicken's portions are smaller than other places. Read more
