Overall, a pretty tough experience, but a couple good things. The jerk chicken egg rolls were the most bland thing I have had... in a long time. And for jerk chicken that\'s saying something. We ended up having the fish fry, in which the fish was cookedabsolutely perfectly, but the batter was ridiculously bland. If they just seasoned the batter better, it would be pretty solid.I also had the pulled pork sandwich. It was pretty decent, nothing to write home about, but it was okay. Overall, I think theyneed to add some flavor to some of their dishes and it may be a bit better. Read more
We went to Miles for there fish fry we had fast friendly service. The lady\'s that waited on us were awesome, I had the Cod and... my wife had the perch and we also had fried pickles as a appetizer, everything was Great cooked to perfection. There is onlyone thing that they could work on is timing of the salad and main course came out at the same time which that was the onlything. Great no frills restaurant nestled next to Holiday Acres camp ground. I was there in a group of 8 on a Thursday evening around... 5. Service was quick and efficient and friendly. I have been to 1000s of places and I am a bit of a foodie, So I will say that before I give a... review I will go to a place 3 times, so I can get a good feel for the atmosphere service and quality.. and I have to say thatthere is not enough stars to give this place the quality is unbelievable. Every aspect of every meal I have had is topnotch..Tim the owner spares no expenses when it comes to his dishes... besides who does not love pickled onions.. Every item ishis personal recipe and they are unbelievable. ..In closing there is not an item on his menu I would not recommend.. Either fora quick bite or a full on dinner with all the sides.... We were driving out to Rockford and looking for a place to eat and we are so glad we stopped here! This young small business... owner is making great food and providing great service and deserves your patronage. It was a little hard to find, but don\'tgive up, its really worth it!
