Excellent very helpful, told me about the new ice cream that are dairy free. Bought the strawberry streusel taste good.
The door was locked at 8:45 while online it says they close at 9:30. There were people in there who weren?t black who were let... in but we weren?t. We were let in by a security guard instead. When we entered the employee rudely told us that all sundaes andmilkshakes can not be made. She had a bad attitude and as soon as we left she proceeded to get on here phone and record videos.The male cashier was nice but the lady not so much. Read more
Not first time i have been here it says the close at 930pm but they close at 9pm! correct the website time!
I ordered a cake for my son. I left a deposit. I came to pick up the cake and the place was cold for remodeling. I was not... notified. I was extremely upset considering the fact that I take my sons for ice cream almost every week. I came back a weeklater. I spoke to the manager. She apologized and returned my deposit. She gave me a free cake for my son which I was notexpecting. This is why I updated my review. I went in expecting to just get my deposit back and never return to this location.The manager went beyond my expectation and she kept her customers :) Read more
Me and my husband showed up at 830pm on Jan. 7, 2018 and purchased 2 quarts of chocolate chip ice cream and drove home which is... 1 block away and my husband opened his ice-cream and took a spoonful and he said its melted the whole container was melted. Wetook it back and the girl took the ice cream we said was melted and put it back in the freezer that is not working and we knowthat because the other lady said I don't think the freezer work because all of them are melted. We didn't want the money justwanted ice-cream so we asked for the ice cream in the glass Instead of already packed she said no you have to pay thedifference. That's not fair if your product is bad you should compensate your customer but because u wanted an extra $6 u lost$15 and got a horrible reveiw.. don't buy ice cream if u return it they put it back in the freezer ... that could be spoiledice-cream. Its too expensive... For one scoop cone... The ice cream melted quickly, we didnt enjoyed it. I rather drive to Torrance and... enjoy my Frosters for the better price... Even the Ice Cream trucks have better icecream... Never coming back. Read more
This Baskin-Robbins is on the clean side the ice cream is always fresh and the people here are always nice. However in the past... I have realized that there is some discrepancy on the prices every time you visit seem to change? Well what can you do? Read more
