Slow drive thru, the employee sound so disgruntled, the workers are mostly Hispanic and I'm Hispanic and it was sad to here... these workers bad mouthing customers in Spanish amongst themselves about people's orders... If BK hadn't pulled a BAIT N SWITCHby removing the Whopper which is there signature burger off the 2 for whatever deals the employees wouldn't be so ticked offwhen customer's come in asking for it when you still have it advertised at the stores. I went to Burger King to get a cherry flavored ICEE and they were under there McDonald's stuff that icee machine wasn't working... according to the person at the window. Correction the flavor I wanted wasn't working they had Coca-Cola which I do not like. Andinstead of saying the one I wanted wasn't working the person at the second window after I had already ordered was just like wellI'll just give you a Coke. And I was like I don't want Coke nor soda. Then he expected me to pay for the Coca-Cola flavor. Hewas looking at me with his hand out and I said never mind no thank you. I was expecting him to at least say I'm sorry we nolonger have the flavor you're interested in these are the options that we do have or did you want something else instead. But hejust told me he was going to give me a Coca-Cola flavor and thought I was going to pay for it without any explanation. Since itwas very awkward I thought leaving will be best. Just an average Burger King. They got my order correct and just kept asking, "anything else, or does this complete your order",... after each item I ordered. But that was ok because that was a general response, a trained and professional response so I didn'tmind. It was actually just kind of funny. I did appreciate that they didn't make me pull around to the front when they said myorder would take a few extra mins. I waited there right at the window because I do very much dislike when they als me to pullaround and they'll bring it out, that always takes forever. Read more
My rating is based on this one time experience. They shorted my order. I ordered in drive thru and they didn't give me the... fries that came with my meal. They were nice enough to give me catsup. Read more
Customer service could be better but I got my food quick so I guess that's a plus
Horrible service! I been in the restaurant over 15 mins standing with my daughter, mind you it's hot, being interrupted multiple... times while in the middle of ordering. The guy couldn't even find what I wanted to order on his screen and kept asking me overand over what my order was. Then I asked for a manager multiple times and yessenia told me she's busy and I'm going to have towait long to order after I've already waited! To top it off finally the guy tells me I need a covid card to order food fromthere!!!! I will never order from burger King ever again let alone that location!!! I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies from the drive thru and when I got home (5 minute drive) to enjoy my cookies...They were as... hard as a rock..!! Never again..!! Read more
All my food was cold went inside and asked for new fries staff was extremely rude. Will never return
