Horrible customer service. They promote offers which do not honor. They have two minutes to bring your pizza to the door/car.... The first time around they said they stopped the timer because they didn?t have the salad for my order. Today they stopped itbecause they had two order at the same time. I just want to know how that?s my problem. Also, last weekend they didn?t bring mypizza on time I got an email to redeem my pizzas, today I tried redeeming them and the email expired. REALLY!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience and customer service we?ve received. Claimed they delivered our food and... when we called and stated we didn?t receive it they tried to say they have a picture and that they did. Went to the store wherethey indeed had the wrong house. They weren?t apologetic whatsoever. We asked for a refund and the manager refused to help andinsisted they re-make our food. We stated we wanted a refund and they still did not listen but instead started calling the cops.Imagine just wanting to get your money back after receiving terrible service and you get the cops called. 3 times in a row, i ordered online and followed my order in the app. the order would show completed on the tracker and when i... called the store they said they were busy and my order was on the way....more than 40 minutes later, i finally got myorder...cold....and i paid a $4.99 delivery fee on top of tips! i think the store is saying they are completing orders faster tokeep the corporate office happy....at the expense of their customers. That?s pretty bad that 7-Eleven pizza taste way more better than dominoes not only but paying seven dollars at 7:11 compared to... nearly $20 for a plane cold pizza that lacks cheese even after ordering with extra cheese in the crust was very bland and ittasted burnt I?d rather go to 7-Eleven nothing against the staff that works here just the pizza quality super gross Read more
