Service : really bad. They dont know how to treat a customer , they dont smile they dont look at you When talking , they take... for ever to atend you, take for ever for the food. The only reason i come back is because its close to my house and the food istasty. But the owner should give some kind of customer service training for the employees. Read more

Awful experience, starting with the waitress, no greeting very rude, she came to the table and with an attitude asked what are... you going to order, while I was giving her my order she started talking to another waitress about someone else order, second thefood, I ordered fried chicken for my son, they fried the bones the chicken did not have any meat, is like they gave me whateverwas leftover from another order. This place used to be decent but now is really bad. If I want to spend what I spent here Iwould rather go to another restaurant where service and food are good not to this.place that is ripping people off. Read more

This place has the best pupusas in town. We went on a Monday and they were already busy around 11am. I recommend their pupusas... mixtas and the queso con loroco, they're simply delicious. I also love their plantains with black beans and salvadorian sourcream. Recommend this place. Read more

First time trying this place because the pupuseria I use to go to in Hawthorne Blvd closed down. When I walked in the place I... was surprised to see how clean and lively it was. The 2 big screens playing the game was a nice touch and the person taking myorder was friendly too, and the food let me tell you...WOW! It hit the spot. I got 5 pupusas, 2 revuelta and queso and it wasdelicious! Some pupusas at some places will get stingy with the stuff inside but these were packed and full of flavor! Muchbetter than the other place I use to go to, I'm glad I found a new spot! Will definitely come back again! Read more

Bathroom was very clean. Yes I've been to other restaurants where even when the covid started restrooms were filty.. nice job.... The service was excellent. The food was delicious. I don't know about the past reviews, in particular the cashier told me 30mins for the order and it was about 28 29 minutes. I was pleased and very grateful the way I was handed the food. Sum otherrestaurants at times will throw the food and slam it on counter or table. I will visit one more time. Later on the month. Fornow its 5 stars. Alll the way. Read more

Despite the numerous comments on the ?poor customer service,? we had an exceptional experience here! The service was outstanding... on top of their delicious food! Our server was personable, friendly, and she kindly answered our questions and gaverecommendations. She offered free samples of their house-made drinks, and we had much fun trying them and ordering the drinkthat we knew what to expect. It was better than what we expected! En Salada! I repeat, it?s made in-house! and I suppose itrequires a lot of work cause it had different types of fruits blended and chopped. It?s only $3.5 for the huge cup (?regular?size technically). The pupusas were so homemade taste and fresh and huge!! They tasted far better than what I had at differentplaces. It was less greasy and had more natural, harmonious flavors. Their tomato sauce and spicy sauce were so good aswell. The creamy chicken was good, but too rich for our taste. But overall, the presentation was quiet good and portion andflavor all exceeded our expectations. I can?t say much to the authenticity as I don?t have the cultural experiences to base myopinion, but based on my personal experience stated above, I recommend this place!! Read more

Very affordable Salvadorean food with authentic flavors. Nice set up with plenty of spacious tables and the ambiance is really... great because the interior is well lit, clean and organized. However my pupusas were pretty greasy. Also i specifically askedfor 2 of them to be made with rice instead of the traditional corn masa but alas I got corn even though I paid more. The arrayanand ensalada drinks we had were not bad at all. Definitely worth a second visit i believe... Read more
