My review is based of their service and food quality. Let?s start off with their food, I?ve ordered their carne asada burrito... before and let?s say that was the last time I ordered that. It?s so basic and tasteless. The burritos only have beans and themeat for the price it ain?t worth it in my opinion. You can go to chipotle order a carne asada burrito and get more ingredientsfor the same price. Now let?s talk about their service, it?s really slow. I don?t even understand why, if their restaurant isalways empty. But this is my review and I think it?s not worth coming too, unless you?re really desperate for Mexican food. Read more

What kind of Mexican place doesn't have rice???? they literally don't buy or make it. Gonna get yourself a handfull of beans and... meat. The owner needs to take responsibility for the customer service as well instead of arguing back with customers who leavehonest reviews. I really hate leaving such a low review because the food was plated with so much care, looks like an insta pic. I got carnitas... nachos. They had lots of toppings, BUT it was very bland, needed salt and a ton of other seasonings. Had absolutely no flavor,(not the sour cream, not the avocado sauce, not the meat, not even the cheese sauce) it was strange. When I say nothing hadflavor, nothing had flavor, was not nasty, just no flavor. I tried to force myself hoping it'd get better, but nope; it neverdid. My horchata was pretty fresh. Definitely would say 4/5 on that. I'm wondering if something else on the menu would bebetter, but I can't see how considering all the toppings on the nachos had no taste. Since the food was clearly handled withcare, I'm willing to try this place once more, maybe sticking with tacos and see if this branch just is't good at being fancy asit's the case with the nachos. I have visited most of the "Tio taco" locations, the food is consistently good!! Ok its bomb!! Problem started when the girl in... the drive-through got flustered when i ordered and attempted to lecture me on ordering. I repeated my order clearly and slowlysituation wasn't getting better, to top it off she sounded really far away.. it wasn't a pleasant start. My 1500 truck couldn'tfit through the drive-through it took me legit like 3 tries.. it's a very narrow turn! We where excited this place had Nachos,I asked for no Salsa. The guacamole was super hot! When I told her about it she Exclaimed I should have asked for no Guac, Iexplained I wasn't aware the guac was going to be this hot. I asked why didn't u warn me if I said no Salsa, she said cause Idon't know the guacamole is hot. "So how am I supposed to know?" After another very stern lecture she did replace the nachos.Not a pleasant feeling!! Her attitude is defiantly uncalled for its the worst experience I've had at any of their location.Luckily there are other locations only 7 mins. Away.
