EVERYTHING I HAD WAS GREAT!!! The food and my Margherita was delicious!
I've known & have been eating at this since I was little growing up in Gardena. Though I wasn't too crazy of it back then. As... years went I have a favorite dish...the steak fajitas & with flour tortilla. Of course my favorite beer is Blue Moon. Recentlyhad dinner there on Cinco De Mayo with my mom & stepdad. My mother called to place an order and she is specifically sayed, "No Onion's and Olives". To top it off the lady in the front,... was being really rude, I'm very disappointed with the service. I ordered here and as my receipt states no beans and what did I get beans. I was unable to call them back to get refunded or... another item made due to them being closed for the day. Apparently they cook refused to read the order as you can all see. Sothis is money wasted. This happens frequently and I have constantly have to take it back. I want be going here again. I willtake my business elsewhere where my order can be made right. Read more
Enjoyed chimichanga with ground beef and potatoes in their spicy green sauce, similar to the one they serve with chips while... waiting for food?spicy level was perfect for me to enjoy! He ordered albóndigas soup and chicken soup too, knowing thatalbóndigas soup is my favorite but I wasn?t in the mood for soup?was good because he enjoyed both of the soups! Cheeseenchiladas with rice and beans was ok too?I honestly feel that their rice could of been cooked better using fresh tomatoesinstead of can tomato sauce and the beans had that taste they were a bit on the burnt side?we both noticed that as we tried thesides. Yet all in all the service is great and the chips are made fresh to order with their salsa which for me was delicious?ohyeah they are you enjoying your chips and salsa and more are served to you when those come warm to the table it?s absolutelyperfect combo of crispy fresh chips and bursting of spicy salsa that?s so good. Not the same as it was before covid. Watered down Margaritas no hint of Tequila. The server said the drinks were pre-made; they... tasted like straight margarita mix with no liquor served in plastic cups. He took them away to remake them which didn't makesense if it was pre-made. It tasted the exact same, like margarita mix with no tequila. I ordered a chicken burrito. Greatpresentation on the outside of the burrito. Inside was a different story. It had HUGE chunks of bellpeppers and onions, and thechicken was like long thick pieces you'd use for chicken fingers or tenders. I prefer the vegetables and meat to be be sliced orcut up into bite size pieces,, not almost whole pieces. It was like the bellpepper was cut in fourths. I was very disappointedin the drink and the burrito. Im sorry I didn't take a photo of the inside of it for this review. I won't be going back again.It seemed like my meal was thrown together without any care whatsoever as if it was an inconvenience to make. Read more
Used to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Something has changed. The service was absolutely terrible. The servers were... actually arguing with eachother in front of the customers and ignoring the customers when they tried to get their attention andthey would place items, like a drink, on the table and immediately walk away without actually attending to the table. They'dwalk away so fast you didn't have a chance to tell them you have no straws, silverware, napkins or that it's the wrong drink. Orwhen you do tell them, they're just not listening and they continue to walk away. I've been here about a dozen times sincemoving to Gardena in 2017 and I probably won't be going back.
