This is a fast food chain restaurant. So you know going in that most of the food you're eating was frozen, and shipped at the... store. That being said, it's still good seafood. Especially if you live in a landlocked area like we do. Most everything thereis fried in a deep fryer, and even the french fries taste like seafood. They serve good ol southern sweet tea as well as anunsweetened option. The building comes with a long ramp making it wheelchair accessible and the doorways are wide enough to fita standard chair through. Kid friendly environment although most of the people dining in the establishment were elderly. Read more
Had to wait in car line over 30 minutes Not enough staff and bun was hard. You have changed from a good bun to a cheaper one.... Asked for malt vinegar and extra tartar didn't receive either. Very disappointed! Read more

I use the drive-thru and very rarely dine-in. The food is always excellent, but the service is somewhat slow. Also, I'm usually... ordering for more than one person, and 9/10 times at least one of the meals is wrong. I would be happy to give this location 5/5stars if these issues showed improvement. I enjoy this restaurant, and I do recommend it. Hopefully, they will improve thequality of the experience to match the quality of the food. Read more
