Apparently you shouldn't do a mobile order at this jacks. The workers have no problem huffing and puffing at customers for... ordering food online. Complaining about a customer when they are standing right there.Not to mention having no ice and the sodamachine was down?? Why is this place even open? UPDATE. I emailed jacks like they asked me to do and still no response a month later. Bad customer service all the way... around The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my order. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time it'swrong. Read more
Don't use this store it is mange wrong. I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and... then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape.
