Apparently you shouldn't do a mobile order at this jacks. The workers have no problem huffing and puffing at customers for... ordering food online. Food and service was fine. My husband and I wish you would show fox news and the weather Channel. When speaking to the manager,... we were told they wasn't allowed to change the channels. Very disappointed! Read more
UPDATE. I emailed jacks like they asked me to do and still no response a month later. Bad customer service all the way... around The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my order. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time it'swrong. Read more
Don't use this store it is mange wrong. I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and... then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape. This used to be the better Jack's around but that is not the case anymore. 3 out of the 4 items we ordered were wrong. Went... inside to have them fix it and the lady literally huffed and puffed about having to give me a biscuit that wasn't included in myorder (but was on the receipt). Somebody needs to clean house and hire some better employees. Maybe Jack's needs to up theirpay to attract such employees ??????? Read more
I gave this location a 5 star simply because they are actually open at 5 am and sometimes before. Some of the other locations... post that they open at 5 but you'd be lucky to get your food by 6. Good job by this team, and thank you for your promptness! Read more
One of the worst Jacks I've had the displeasure of eating at. The fries are always bland/undercooked, lunch and dinner food is... nearly always lukewarm (breakfast is an exception to this most of the time). They pay minimum wage so the employees who workthere have no incentive to provide a better experience. Also their fried products always come out tasting off. I believe this isdue to using the same oil throughout the entire day (Fries taste like dirt). It's sad because this is the exit I live on and ifI'm ever craving Jacks I have to drive up to the next exit to get higher quality food (if you can even say Jacks is high qualitylol) Read more
Went this morning to pick up mobile order and it was a mess. Was missing my iced coffee and said something and she hands me a... empty cup and walks away? After having to wait for someone to come back up front and also fix someone else?s order because shewas missing half her order, I tell her and she Huffs and still continues to give me the wrong size.
