The place is nasty doesn't look like anyone has sweet or mop in weeks and the bathroom is nasty
Que is always so sweet and friendly!! Very sweet and great service. My food is always fast and fresh ???? I do have a problem... with the older lady... I believe her name is Margaret. She is very rude and has a smart mouth! I have never seen anyone standwith customers in line and bad mouth not only her boss but, Anyone else. So unprofessional... I was over charged in drive thruand came in to fix it.. Margaret had a nasty attitude even though I showed her the receipt.. I had literally just left drivethru ???? I told her boss about it and she was very nice and handled it no problem. The manager is the only reason I visitbecause otherwise, Service isn't good. Read more
Food was cold even though we ordered half with no onions so they should have been made fresh. The cheese wasn't even melted. I... don't know what they did to the fries, but these new ones are just nasty. Bring back the old ones. They were the best. Read more
No food or employee complaints... Just curious as to what has been going on with this gardendale location? The last three times... I've stopped there, which have been sporadic and random, for one reason or another, I could not place an order. It might evenhave been four times. I know two times there system was down as far as keeping up with orders and money etc. And the last timerecently it looked like they were doing some HVAC work...
