The place is nasty doesn't look like anyone has sweet or mop in weeks and the bathroom is nasty
Que is always so sweet and friendly!! Very sweet and great service. My food is always fast and fresh ???? I do have a problem... with the older lady... I believe her name is Margaret. She is very rude and has a smart mouth! I have never seen anyone standwith customers in line and bad mouth not only her boss but, Anyone else. So unprofessional... I was over charged in drive thruand came in to fix it.. Margaret had a nasty attitude even though I showed her the receipt.. I had literally just left drivethru ???? I told her boss about it and she was very nice and handled it no problem. The manager is the only reason I visitbecause otherwise, Service isn't good. Read more
Food was cold even though we ordered half with no onions so they should have been made fresh. The cheese wasn't even melted. I... don't know what they did to the fries, but these new ones are just nasty. Bring back the old ones. They were the best. Read more
No food or employee complaints... Just curious as to what has been going on with this gardendale location? The last three times... I've stopped there, which have been sporadic and random, for one reason or another, I could not place an order. It might evenhave been four times. I know two times there system was down as far as keeping up with orders and money etc. And the last timerecently it looked like they were doing some HVAC work... This incident happened Sunday night 07/03/2022. Me, my husband, and 2 kids drove an hour away to eat Krystal?s, we get in the... drive thru and I go to place our order and all I ordered was 12 sack of burgers, #1 and #5. That?s it. The lady workingliterally said ?mam if you?re going to order all that food then it?s gonna take 30 mins to make?. Mind you, she is speaking inthe most hateful voice. Very rude. What did this lady expect, for someone to order 1 burger?! Krystal?s is known for their sackof burgers, if she is that lazy then maybe she should go work somewhere that only has 1 burger per meal. Btw, I drove off. Iwill also be calling corporate tomorrow. And if this workers sees this post: When you work in the customer service field andsomeone comes through the drive thru and places an order, you fix it. Period. It doesn?t matter what they order. The past couple times I've been the employees are rude as Hell, they make you wait more than 30 minutes for one combo. Last week... I came in and they said there system was down. Refused to take my order. I come today and the systems are down again, imaginethat. It's like McDonald's ice cream machine. Lord I am nice to anyone that is nice to me but someone NEEDS to come clean thislocation up, and these employees NEEDS some training on how to treat people. Read more
